Traditional Afternoon Tea - £29.95 per person

Traditional Afternoon Tea with Prosecco - £34.95 per person

Speciality Afternoon Tea (Vegan/Gluten-Free) - £32.95 per person

Speciality Afternoon Tea with Prosecco - £37.95 per person

All prices include one hot or soft drink per person.

Buffet Options:

Afternoon Tea Buffet: £29.95 per person (includes a soft or hot drink)

Buffet with Prosecco: £34.95 per person (includes a glass of Prosecco and a soft or hot drink)

Booking and Payment Terms:

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking (non-refundable).

Full payment is due one week before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in automatic cancellation.

Decorating and Customisation:

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate the space with balloons and other decor. We can also handle decorations for an additional fee.

If your party size is below the minimum requirement, you can still hire our space by meeting a minimum spend on drinks.

We require £100 deposit when placing a booking, in order to secure and confirm your booking in our calendar. Deposit is non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions for Private Hires

Can I bring my own food?

Unfortunately, no outside food is allowed as we provide a variety of delicious options for private hires, including our popular Afternoon Tea and Grazing Table options. However, you are welcome to bring your own cake, as this is not something we currently offer.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, we have an exceptional selection of drinks, including a curated cocktail menu, fine bubbles, wine, coffee, and a range of soft drinks to complement your event.

Can I secure the date but pay next month?

No, due to high demand, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date will only be confirmed once the deposit is paid.
